We provide Legal Advice and Representation from initial Interview through to Final Hearing in respect of investigations and Prosecutions commenced by the Police, Crown Prosecution Service, HM Revenue & Customs and The Health & Safety Executive.
In 2004 the Firm successfully launched its Conveyancing Department dealing with all aspects of residential property including property sales, purchases, re-mortgages and equity transfers.
The Firm deals with large volumes of high value freehold and leasehold property both locally and in Central London and also has extensive knowledge in respect of newly built properties nationwide, offering a professional and friendly service to Sellers, Buyers and Property Developers alike.
We operate a thriving Personal Injury Department which is experienced in dealing with matters arising from minor accidents to catastrophic injury claims resulting from road traffic accidents, accidents in the workplace, ‘trip and slip’ and Local Authority claims.
The Firm is experienced in the making of claims of The Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.
