Residential Conveyancer
We require an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years’ case handling experience. Own following required to further develop the Firm’s expanding and busy Residential Conveyancing Department. The successful Applicant must be able to manage own caseload with minimum supervision. Applicants should be able to create strong links with Estate Agents and Developers and possess marketing and business development experience. Good communication and IT skills are essential. All Applicants should have a sound knowledge of all areas of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and other general conveyancing matters, be forward thinking and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
