Prison Law matter. N was sentenced to an 18 month Custodial Sentence with a three-year extended Licence. After six months on Licence, he was recalled for breaching his Licence conditions. We recently represented N at an Oral Hearing to review the recall. Following our submissions, immediate release was directed.
